Refund & Return Policy

If you cancel your service within 14 days of payment and no work has been initiated, you are eligible for a full refund of your deposit.

Conditions

• ◆Cancellation request must be submitted in writing via email
• ◆Refund only applies if we have not started any work on your project
• ◆Request must be received before the project kickoff meeting
• ◆Refund processing takes 5 to 10 business days

How to Request

Email Contact@alhijaz.agency with the subject line Cancellation Request, including your project name and invoice number. We will confirm in writing that no work was initiated.

Exceptions

• ◆Refunds are not available if you requested preliminary deliverables such as strategy docs or wireframes
• ◆Refunds are not available if you participated in discovery or strategy calls, as this constitutes work

Most projects follow a 50% deposit and 50% final payment structure.

Deposit — Non-Refundable After Work Starts

Once work begins on your project, the deposit is non-refundable. Work beginning includes strategy sessions, design mockups, content research, code development, or any deliverable creation.

Cancellation Mid-Project

• ◆You are charged for 100% of work completed to date
• ◆A final invoice will be issued with itemized work completed
• ◆You may receive partial deliverables if available; otherwise all materials revert to us

Unsatisfactory Work

If deliverables do not meet the agreed specifications, you have 7 days after delivery to report issues. We will provide unlimited revisions to meet original specifications. If we cannot meet specifications, we offer a full refund of the final payment only — the deposit remains non-refundable.

Monthly plans renew on the same date each month. Each month is a separate billing period.

Cancellation

• ◆Provide 30 days written notice before your next billing date
• ◆Email Contact@alhijaz.agency with Cancellation Notice in the subject line
• ◆Services continue until the end of your current billing cycle

Prorated Refunds

No refunds are issued for the current month if you cancel mid-month. You can use services through your billing date, and the next renewal will not be charged if proper notice was given.

Multi-Month Discount Example

3-month plan at $4,995 works out to $1,665 per month. If cancelled after 1 month: refund equals 2 months multiplied by $1,665, totalling $3,330.

Ad Spend — Never Refundable

Actual ad spend is not refundable once ads are live. You paid for impressions, clicks, and audience reach that have already occurred. Ad platforms do not refund spent budgets and neither can we.

Management and Setup Fees

• ◆If ads have not launched and you cancel: setup and management fees may be refunded
• ◆If ads are live: management fees are non-refundable

Optimization Guarantee

If your campaign underperforms initial projections, we provide free optimization and A/B testing, revise strategy and targeting at no additional cost, and continue working with you until performance improves for the duration of your service agreement.

Revision Policy

Unlimited revisions are included until the design is approved. Once you approve and sign off, revisions are charged at $75 per hour. Major conceptual changes after approval are treated as new projects.

No Refunds for Approved Designs

Once you approve a design in writing, no refunds are available regardless of later changes in direction or preference.

Design Disagreement

If we cannot reach agreement on a design direction, you may cancel and receive a refund of 50% of the design fee. We retain the right to use design elements in our portfolio in anonymized form, and all design files remain our intellectual property.

Force Majeure

In cases of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control such as natural disasters, internet outages, or key team member illness, we may offer partial refunds for incomplete work, extend timelines at no additional cost, or work with you on alternative solutions.

Company Error or Negligence

If we fail to deliver due to our error or negligence, we will provide free corrective work first. If correction is not possible, a refund limited to the cost of that specific deliverable may be issued.

Disputed Work Completion

If there is disagreement about whether work is completed, the refund will be held in escrow pending dispute resolution. Both parties meet to review deliverables against original specifications.

• ◆Stock photos, fonts, and third-party licensed assets
• ◆Domain names and hosting purchased through third-party providers
• ◆Content that has been delivered and accepted
• ◆Services completed and signed off by the client
• ◆Rush and expedited service fees
• ◆Cancellation fees for early termination of contracts

We prefer solutions over refunds. Here is how we handle common dissatisfaction scenarios:
